Deal Review/Inspection Coaching

Via video conference, Darius Lahoutifard or another Executive at MEDDIC Academy joins your deal review session. Account managers present existing opportunities, one at a time, and the sales manager together with the coach will help the rep inspect the opportunity with the framework of MEDDIC/ MEDDPICC.

Used only AFTER the team has gone through the full MEDDIC courses and workshops.
Helps the sales team see the application of MEDDIC in real-life cases. It helps detect the gaps in the opportunity, leading to either disqualification of the opportunity or the actions needed to get it closed.

The session lasts 90 minutes. Depending on the complexity of the cases, it typically allows inspecting 1 to 3 opportunities.
