MEDDIC ACADEMY respects your privacy.

We do not collect personally identifiable information about you unless you voluntarily provide it, such as when you provide email contact information to subscribe to the MEDDIC ACADEMY email list newsletter, send feedback to MEDDIC ACADEMY, register for one of MEDDIC ACADEMY’s courses or respond to a survey.

If you voluntarily provide your email address or other contact information, we might also use it to inform you of changes to MEDDIC ACADEMY, to survey you about your use or opinion of MEDDIC ACADEMY, or to ask for your support. At your request, we will remove your contact information from our files.

We do not make your contact information or any other personally identifiable information available to anyone outside MEDDIC ACADEMY or its service providers (who use the information only for authorized MEDDIC ACADEMY purposes) unless we are legally required to do so.

In addition to the above, we collect certain anonymous (non-personally identifiable) information to help us improve the MEDDIC ACADEMY web site and to evaluate the access and use of MEDDIC ACADEMY materials and the impact of MEDDIC ACADEMY on the worldwide educational community.

We collect information you provide about your use of and satisfaction with MEDDIC ACADEMY through email you send us, through the MEDDIC ACADEMY feedback form, and through MEDDIC ACADEMY surveys, whether or not you voluntarily include your contact information.

We may use web analysis tools that are built into the MEDDIC ACADEMY web site to measure and collect anonymous session information.

We also use “cookies” to track from which site or link you came to our site, to improve your MEDDIC ACADEMY web experience and to collect anonymous information about how you use MEDDIC ACADEMY.

When we report information about MEDDIC ACADEMY access, use, and impact, we report aggregate, non-personally identifiable data except in a few cases including for our affiliates.

Occasionally, we report quoted feedback from users who have voluntarily reviewed our services or our instructors.

Since our services are solely for professionals helping them in their jobs, if you are an individual user who discloses the name of your employer, when you sign up or later, we may list them as a client company, without disclosing any information about you or your individual subscription keeping your individual subscription anonymous.

If you are a corporation under an Enterprise License arrangement, we may include your company name and logo among our list of clients.

If you are an employee of a corporation under an Enterprise License arrangement, we collect and analyze your progress in the course curriculum, monitor your course completion, view your quiz results, and provide access to these information to your employer’s system administrators, who can generate reports on your personal activities inside the platform. Upon their request, we may also generate these reports for your management.
